Teqvoly is a sport that combines volleyball with table tennis. It was developed in Hungary, where the first World Cup was held in 2019, and Ireland was represented by Spartan player, Benny O'Regan.

Teqvoly is played with two teams of two players each. In the center of the hexagonal playing area is a table with an upward curved surface that looks like a table tennis table; the "net" consists of plexiglass.  As in volleyball and beach volleyball, the players have a maximum of three touches of the ball per move, whereby they have to pass the ball at least once.
